The organiser of this competition is Audio Always Limited (“we” / “our” / “us”), registered in England and Wales with the company number 08037716.

If the organiser engages with a third party in connection with this competition, the terms we, our and us shall refer to both Audio Always Limited and the third party.

The competition period starts on 6th June 2023 and ends on 16th July 2023.

There will be twelve prize draws across the competition period, and by entering a prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.

Entrants must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

The codes required to enter each prize draw will be announced on the following channels on the following dates.

Entrants can only enter each prize draw once, and multiple entries will be disqualified.

Entrants can enter multiple prize draws across the competition period.

Entries can only be accepted via the Diva España page at sextedmyboss.com.

The data provided on entry will be used to contact winners.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct on their entry.

Data will be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant opt-outs.

Entries with incorrect codes will be disqualified.

Winners for each prize draw will be chosen at random from a list of valid entries once the prize draw has closed.

Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the closing time and date.

If a winner is uncontactable after seven days of the closing date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another selected winner.

Winners can only win one prize across the competition period.

Names of winners will be published on the Diva España page at sextedmyboss.com and may be announced within episodes of Help I Sexted My Boss or on the podcast social channels @sextedmyboss.

There are a total of twelve prizes, with each prize as follows;

a) a three night holiday to Benidorm for up to two adults in a twin or double room at minimum 3* hotel on a bed and breakfast board basis on Friday 11th August, Saturday 12th August and Sunday 13th August 2023.
b) return flights for up to two people from Manchester Airport to Alicante departing on Friday 11th August and returning on Monday 14th August 2023 including one item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
c) return transfers from your home address to Manchester Airport on Friday 11th August returning on Monday 14th August 2023. 
d) return transfers from Alicante airport to the hotel on Friday 11th August returning on Monday 14th August 2023.
e) €200 spending money on a Post Office Travel Money Card.
f) up to two tickets to see a live podcast recording of Help I Sexted My Boss on Saturday 12th August.

Winners and winners’ guests must be available to travel on the dates in these terms and conditions.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be asked to provide the winners’ guest name if applicable, and proof of identity, within seven days of being notified that they have won..

Winners and winners’ guests must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa entry requirements including any health or medical screening requirements.

Travel insurance is not included and winners and winners’ guests are advised to take out their own insurance.

The prize is subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions of the airline and hotel and all winners and winners’ guests agree to these.

The prize shall not constitute a package under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

Every effort will be made to ensure winner travel is not affected by any disruption, but we are not liable for any airline or hotel cancellations or delays.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury occurring to winners or winners’ guests arising from entry into the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.

We are not responsible for the actions of prize entrants, winners or winners’ guests, and we reserve the right to disqualify an entrant, winner or winner’s guest where any such person engages in unsafe, illegal, unsociable or inappropriate behaviour.

We reserve the right to disqualify an entrant, winner or winner’s guest where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any stage where we deem it necessary.

The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
